GŴYR Gin
GŴYR is an award winning and sophisticated blend of eight botanicals, blending lemon and pink grapefruit with wild foraged bronze and green fennel. The recipe captures the freshness of the sea and the heady fragrance of local herbs. Pinwydd is the first gin in a seasonal range and infuses the subtle aromatic flavour of foraged pine tips from North Gower with orange, cranberry and pink peppercorns.
GŴYR gin has won a San Francisco World Spirits 2018 Bronze, a London Spirits Competition 2018 Silver and a Taste award 2018. We are delighted that GŴYR was a Finalist in the prestigious Gin Guide Awards 2019, in 2 categories: London Dry and Traditional Gin, winning the Best in Wales 2019 title. Both GŴYR and Pinwydd are made in the London Dry style at 43% ABV for a smooth, creamy taste.
GŴYR: Rhosili
Dylan Thomas loved the sea and spent much of his childhood on Gower. He particularly loved Rhossili beach and Worm's Head, writing about it in works such as 'Extraordinary Little Cough'. This signature edition pays homage to the youthful Dylan, full of creativity and exuberance. The gin sings of the sea with fresh and citrusy flavours from sea buckthorn and Rhossili gorse flower. Serving suggestion: Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light and a wedge of lime or Fever-Tree Mediterranean and a sprig of rosemary. This is also a London Dry but with an ABV of 45%. The distinctive striped design can be easily spotted in shops, bars and hotels around the UK.
Penderyn Welsh Whisky
Uniquely distilled in copper pot stills, matured in bourbon barrels and finished in rich Madeira wine casks. Best described as crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness. Notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla.

Penderyn Whiskey Tasting Set
The Penderyn Tasting Set contains three x 5cl miniatures of Penderyn Madeira, Peated and Sherrywood finishes. At 46% abv, the miniatures are presented in Penderyn's stylish black and gold packaging.
